Jeremy;

Over the years, there have been incidents of vandalism at both Bi-Centennial Park and at the Public Service Memorial that was dedicated during the Malz administration.

As I recall in one of the acts of vandalism committed in Bi-Centennial Park, the bark had been chopped away from the trunk of a tree; and another one of the acts of vandalism at the Public Service Memorial, involved the breaking off the barrel of a rifle on one of the statues.

Did the City ever find out the identity of the person or persons responsible for these intentional acts of vandalism against the City of Hamburg and its residents ?

Certainly; the City should have a record or documentation of acts of vandalism committed against it. In addition to the above requested information, what is the total number of times, and locations; that similar acts of vandalism have taken place against the City of Hamburg in, say; the past ten years?

NOT an acceptable response, but CERTAINLY an EVASIVE one. I'm not seeking data, I am seeking answers.

If you, or any other City Official has, or knows, the answers to very basic questions asked by a resident whose property taxes go toward paying YOUR WAGES and the WAGES of the OTHER CITY OFFICIALS, and that PUBLIC OFFICIAL FAILS or REFUSES to provide that requested basic information, that constitutes MISCONDUCT OF PUBLIC OFFICIAL OR EMPLOYEE; a VIOLATION OF MINNESOTA STATUTE 609.43 !! The penalty for such actions is stated as "... may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 364 days or to payment of a fine of not more than $3,000.00 or both."

Let me 'rephrase' my inquiries to the City:

Regarding the incidents of vandalism involving the breaking off of the barrel of a replica gun being held by one of the statues at the Service Memorial and the bark being stripped away from the trunk of a tree in Bi-Centennial Park;

1.) Did the City make file a report with the Carver County Sheriff's Office regarding either incident and,

2.) Does the City have ANY knowledge, of ANY kind, regarding the act(s) of vandalism described and contained herein, of the identity of the alleged, or actual; perpetrator of either/both crimes, and/or if the alleged/actual perpetrator is related, in ANY way, to ANY elected Official of the City of Hamburg ? Did the City ever receive ANY restitution, of ANY kind,for the acts of vandalism against the City and it's residents ?

3) Has the Hamburg Community Hall ever sustained any act of theft or vandalism or has it ever been burglarized ? If so, was a report of ANY kind filed with the Carver County Sheriff's Office regarding the act(s) of said theft, vandalism or burglary of the Hamburg Community Hall ? Was the identity of the alleged, or actual; perpetrator(s) of the alleged crimes listed ever determined and if so, is the alleged/actual perpetrator(s) related, in ANY way, to ANY elected Official of the City of Hamburg?

4.) What is the status of the three incidents referred to the Carver County Sheriff's Office last fall to cite residents whose properties were 'unkempt' and failed to heed previous notifications by the City that they were in violation of one or more City Ordinances ? (See attachment.)

5.) According to the Carver County Property records that I just viewed,it appears that the title of the portion of the Trebesch property recently allegedly acquired by the City, remains in the Trebesch family name. With the impending probability of a 'plowableable snow' this weekend and also possible next week, because the City is not the legal owner of the property, it follows that the City is precluded from accessing that property for ANY reason and, were the City or their 'agent' to do so; would be guilty of Trespass and in violation of Minnesota Statute 609.605.

6) How is the City addressing the property dispute issue that was RESOLVED nearly ONE YEAR AGO ?

Public Nuisance - 320 Sophia Avenue - Gregonis Property

At the June 13, 2023 Hamburg City Council Meeting, discussion was held regarding the above-captioned property.

From listening to the sporadic recording of the City Council proceedings that date, I was able to discern that an owner of the property, believed to be former City Council member Robert Gregonis, appeared before the City Council on September 13, 2022 regarding the slovenly condition and appearance of the property. The property owner stated that the current work being done in the outside of the garage would be completed by June 1, 2023.

The June 13, 2023 City Council meeting recording further revealed that the promised completion date had come and gone and the stated work to be done by June 1, 2023, had not been accomplished as the City Council was told that it would be.

Further, you stated during the June 13th meeting that no construction permit had been applied for; apparently a requirement for the work that was supposed to be completed.

It was agreed by the Hamburg City Council at the June 13, 2023 City Council meeting that the matter was to be forwarded to the Carver County Attorney's Office for prosecution of the owners for violation(s) of the City Ordinance.

You clearly stated that you would "'move forward with it".

As recently as yesterday morning I drove by the subject property and it is quite obvious, as discussed at the June 13th City Council meeting, that no 'progress' has been made, and the overall appearance of the property, replete with all of the 'junk' stored on and distributed throughout the property, is a serious, unappealing blight on the entire neighborhood.

On what date did the City 1.) Contact the Carver County Attorney's Office to set in motion, prosecution of the property owners for violation of the City Ordinance(s) and, 2.) What is the current status of that prosecution ?

The Website for the Hamburg Lions Club lists Robert Gregonis, one of the registered owners of the dilapidated property at 320 Sophia Street, as the Second Vice President of the Hamburg Lions and Gregonis' personal friend, fellow Lion and Hamburg Mayor Christopher Lund, is the President of the Hamburg Lions Club.

I await your response; I also 'smell another rat' !!

RE: My November 3 & December 18, 2024 Letters to the Chief Justice & Associate Justices

Dear Mr. Droske:

Thank you for your letter dated January 2, 2024; received in an ‘unsealed’ envelope. It would seem fitting and proper to me that, for security reasons; your written communication to me would AT LEAST be minimally deserving of the security that a ‘sealed’ envelope would afford, NOT merely a strip of cellophane tape attached to the ‘flap’ of the unsealed envelope.

I am also ‘troubled’ by the content of your January 2nd letter for a variety of reasons, the first one being the wording that you used. By your remarks, it is OBVIOUS TO ME that you ‘don’t understand’ the complexities or the magnitude; of what’s taken place, you haven’t read my book, “PUBLIC OFFICIALS BEHAVING BADLY”; and, subsequently; haven’t had access to the hundreds of pages of ’supporting documentation’ and ‘substantiating evidence’ that my book contains, that I have amassed and collected over the past several YEARS !! It is also worth noting that I was a Hamburg City Council member from 2013-2017.

Not having read my book describing, in detail; what’s taken place and who is involved, well; it’s sort of like a lawyer going to Court without having thoroughly researched the facts of the case against his client that he is representing. The ‘client’ deserves better representation.

Second, it would appear to me that one or more, perhaps ALL; of my two letters sent to the Chief Justice and the six Associate Justices, were ‘intercepted’ by you or a member of your staff and never forward to the intended recipients of the Court !!

Did the Chief Justice or ANY of the six Associate Justices EVER receive ANY of my fourteen letters (two letters to seven Justices, sent six weeks apart) intended for them ??

I submit that the opening of letters addressed to the Chief Justice and/or six Associate Justices by you or members of your staff, may be procedurally acceptable. However, because of the very grave and serious, detailed information I provided in my letters and the serious allegations I made regarding the MISCONDUCT of, and a ‘COVER UP’ by (at least) one but (probably) more members of the OFFICE OF LAWYER’S PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY, I would hope that my information would have been ‘taken seriously’. What I’ve witnessed taking place in Carver County during the last four and a half years, is the BIGGEST ABUSE OF AUTHORITY and VIOLATION OF THE PUBLIC TRUST in the southwest metro area by PUBLIC OFFICALS in the CITY OF HAMBURG and in CARVER COUNTY since FORMER SCOTT COUNTY ATTORNEY KATHLEEN MORRIS; (Who CLAIMED PARENT/CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE TAKING PLACE IN JORDAN) & FORMER CARVER COUNTY SHERIFF CHIEF DEPUTY JAMES CASTLEBERRY; (Who SET UP A 'SECRET' BANK ACCOUNT FOR MONETARY DONATIONS HE SOLICITED FROM CARVER COUNTY BUSINESSES & PERSONS CLAIMING IT WAS FOR THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE !!)

Instead, my information was casually disregarded; after my taking the time and exerting the effort to alert the Court (THREE TIMES) of what’s taken place. (These last two times, it took TWO MONTHS for me to even be CONTACTED by the Court; only to be essentially told that my advising the Court of the knowledge I’ve gained and attempted to pass on to the Court about LAWYER MISCONDUCT, was superfluous; ‘WE’RE NOT INTERESTED’ !!

My eighty years of exercising ‘common sense’ tell me “THAT’S JUST WRONG” !!

Because the OFFICE OF LAWYERS PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY is DIRECTLY ACCOUNTABLE TO THE COURT, one doesn’t have to be a Harvard graduate to appreciate the necessity, urgency and appropriateness of notifying the Court of what has taken place that I tried, THREE TIMES; to report to the Court: LAWYER MISCONDUCT and the ‘MANIPULATION’ of the CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM in order to prevent detection of that MISCONDUCT and ‘MANIPULATION’, by those involved, to avoid them having to take, and accept; responsibility for their unethical actions and behaviors.

It’s INCOMPREHENSIBLE to believe, or even THINK; that the Court wouldn’t be DEEPLY CONCERNED about the information that I tried to impart to them; recently (twice) as well as previously (once) !! (In the former, your ‘predecessor’ LIKEWISE INTERCEPTED and WITHHELD, my information about what was taking place to the already troubled (Minneapolis Star-Tribune newspaper-December 11, 2021) OFFICE OF LAWYER’S PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY from reaching (former) Chief Justice Gildae and the six Associate Justices !!)

What I reported THEN should have been investigated, the action(s) thwarted and discipline meted out to the perpetrators. Instead; what was taking place then, continued unabated; and is STILL TAKING PLACE yet today !!

PUBLIC OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT and POLITICAL CORRUPTION have NO PLACE in our state, the residents of Minnesota have EVERY RIGHT TO EXPECT OUR PUBLIC OFFICIALS WILL BE HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, ETHICAL and their behavior will be BEYOND REPROACH. Most PUBLIC OFFICIALS are, those that aren’t; must be ‘called out’ and dealt with swiftly, appropriately and harshly.

Sadly, THAT HASN’T HAPPENED in the case of the PUBLIC OFFICIALS referenced in this letter and on my Website; www.PUBLICOFFICIALSBEHAVINGBADLY.com !!

As a law abiding citizen and a retired LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER with a nearly TWENTY YEAR career, I had/have an ‘obligation’ to report what I observed; PARTICULARLY so because it INVOLVES DISHONEST AND UNETHICAL PUBLIC OFFICIALS who are paid with TAXPAYER DOLLARS !!

What began as ‘unchecked’ and ‘ignored’ MISCONDUCT OF PUBLIC OFFICER(s) & EMPLOYEE(s) (MINNESOTA STATUTE 609.43) with CITY OFFICIALS in a small Minnesota City having only about 570 residents, has now ’morphed’ to include, in addition to the CITY’S MAYOR; the CITY’S COUNCILMEMBERS, the CITY’S CLERK/TREASURER and the ‘contract’ CITY ATTORNEY, the COUNTY ATTORNEY, the ’DEPUTY’ COUNTY ATTORNEY, MINNESOTA ATTORNEY GENERAL KEITH ELLISON and, yes; YOUR ‘BOSS’, MINNESOTA GOVERNOR TIM WALZ !!

By openly identifying the PUBLIC OFFICIALS INVOLVED, the PUBLIC OFFICE that they currently hold and describing their HEINOUS ACTS and DESPECABLE MISDEEDS that they have committed, it comes as no surprise to me, the amount of ’scurrying around’ by a variety OTHER PUBLIC OFFICIALS and AGENCIES to ‘shield’ those PUBLIC OFFICIALS (who are their ‘friends and buddies’) already identified and involved, in a sinister effort to PREVENT them from being ‘called out’ and held accountable for their inappropriate behavior, malfeasance, misfeasance and nonfeasance.

The average, clear thinking person, of which I consider myself to be, doesn’t just sit down and arbitrarily send out two letters to seven Minnesota Supreme Court Justices, six weeks apart, without proof, evidence, documentation and ‘just cause’.

While recognized WORLD-WIDE by Law Enforcement; apparently the ’catch phrase’, “SEE SOMETHING; SAY SOMETHING”; apparently isn’t ‘recognized’ by the ‘Administrative Staff’ of the highest Court in Minnesota !!

Similarly, my witnessing and experiencing what’s been taking place involving PUBLIC OFFICIALS for the past four and one-half years, coupled with my nearly twenty year Law Enforcement career and NOT SEEING ANY EFFORT to quell what’s taking place or hold the miscreants accountable, the phrase ‘Travesty of Justice’ has taken on an entirely new meaning to me.

I’m willing to ‘bet my last dollar’ that if Chief Justice Hudson and the Associate Justices really KNEW what’s been taking place over the past four and one-half yearsinvolving PUBLIC OFFICIALS and the OFFICE OF LAWYER’S PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY, that the Justices would, first; be GREATLY DISAPPOINTED in what’s taken place, second; in how poorly my well-intentioned reporting of PUBLIC OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT and CORRUPTION was dealt with and, three; would ‘address’, POST HASTE; the EXIGENT

The important, relevant and pertinent information, explanations and answers previously sought as a TAX PAYING CITIZEN of the CITY OF HAMBURG, were met, through YOUR REPREHENSIBLE ACTIONS on BEHALF OF THE CITY; by ONCE AGAIN REFUSING to provide the requested PUBLIC INFORMATION regarding CRIMINAL ACTIVITY that has been committed AGAINST THE CITY and AGAINST THE DIGNITY of CITY RESIDENTS.

Instead; you provided only NEBULOUS, INDISTINCT, INDIFFERENT and VAGUE RESPONSES in a FURTHER SURREPTITIOUS EFFORT to ONCE AGAIN, 'SUPPRESS' and further 'COVER UP', details of that CRIMINAL ACTIVITY that has taken place in the CITY OF HAMBURG because of WHO IS INVOLVED !!

I believe your despicable actions fall into the category of "OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE" !!

A City resident has come forward and told me of an ADDITIONAL act of VANDALISM that occurred to one of the basketball standards at BI-CENTENNIAL PARK; this time causing damage of approximately $1,100.00.

According to information provided to me by the Carver County Sheriff's Office, there, again; was NO REPORT of this ADDITIONAL ACT of VANDALISM AGAINST THE CITY made to their Department. Please provide information why, and an explanation for; the City NOT REPORTING this ADDITIONAL act of VANDALISM to the Carver County Sheriff's Office for investigation and criminal prosecution.

Also, please advise the identity of the perpetrator(s) of said act of this ADDITIONAL VANDALISMcommitted AGAINST CITY PROPERTY.

In the incident described above, was any form of restitution received by the City ? If so, how much restitution was received by the City, and from whom was the restitution received ?

Additionally, in my February 14, 2024 e-mail to you and after your TOTALLY IGNORING my previous request(s), I asked you ONCE AGAIN; about the FABRICATION and TRANSMISSION of an OFFICIAL CITY DOCUMENT, sent to me, a CITY RESIDENT; via e-mail; that KNOWINGLY CONTAINED FALSE and FRAUDULENT INFORMATION !!

Said e-mail from the City identified YOU as being the author and said e-mail contained your 'electronic signature'.

1.) Was your sending of that DEVIOUS, DECEPTIVE and HEINOUS act of FABRICATING a FRAUDULENT City e-mail that contained FALSE and FRAUDULENT INFORMATION done because it was YOUR SOLE DECISION and ACTION, or were you DIRECTED to do so by 'other' City Officials ?

2.) If you were DIRECTED to do so by those 'other' City Officials, please provide the identity of that/those 'other' HAMBURG CITY OFFICIAL/OFFICIALS.

You are reminded of your deleterious disregard concerning your 'OBLIGATIONS' and'RESPONSIBILITIES' REQUIRED OF YOU by MINNESOTA STATUTE 609.43 - MISCONDUCT OF PUBLIC OFFICIAL OR EMPLOYEE because of your position as a HAMBURG CITY

OFFICIAL.

Your past, DOCUMENTED MISCONDUCT and INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR, not to mention you being a 'MAJOR PLAYER' in a MASSIVE 'COVER UP' SCHEME in the CITY OF HAMBURG, constitute WILLFUL VIOLATIONS of the statute cited, and SUBJECTS YOU to the PENALTIES

as outlined in the cited statute.

I'm certain that you think that it will NEVER HAPPEN because of the 'protection' against CRIMINAL PROSECUTION that you, and your fellow CITY OFFICIALS firmly believe that

you have in place; making you a pseudo 'TEFLON DON'.

But, THINK ABOUT THIS: You are also risking either being TERMINATED or being

FORCIBLY REMOVED FROM OFFICE and LOSING ALL OF YOUR ACCUMULATED

Mr. Odoms, thank you for your below email dated January 31st which the city interprets as you seeking data under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act as to the status of the property. The below is a summary of the status of the settlement/real estate dispute which should answer your concerns/inquiries relating to the property:

To effectuate the settlement agreement entered into between the City of Hamburg (the “City”) and Steven Trebesch, Tammy Trebesch, Triple T Services, LLC (collectively the “Trebesches”), resolving the litigation matter pending in Carver County District Court, Court File No. 10-CV-19-1091 (the “Action”), the City approved a minor subdivision of real property parcels subject to the Action by resolution on November 21, 2023.

On December 20, 2023, counsel for the City conveyed copies of proposed quit claim deeds and a proposed easement agreement to counsel for the Trebesches along with copies of legal descriptions for the subject parcels provided by Kurt Nelson of E.G. Rud & Sons, Inc.

On January 3, 2024, counsel for the City sought an update from counsel for the Trebeshes on the status of the approval and execution of the aforementioned deeds and easement agreement.

On January 4, 2024, counsel for the Trebesches indicated that the Trebesches had issues with the proposed easement agreement language.

On January 4, 2024, counsel for the City requested that counsel for the Trebesches send a proposed amended easement agreement reflecting terms acceptable to the Trebesches for the City’s consideration.

On January 9, 2024, attorney Jason Kuboushek, co-counsel for the City in the Action, inquired of counsel for the Trebesches as to the status of the approval of the proposed deeds and proposed easement agreement.

On January 19, 2024, counsel for the City again reached out to counsel for the Trebesches seeking an update on the status of the approval of the proposed deeds and seeking proposed language from the Trebesches related to the easement agreement.

On January 29, 2024, counsel for the City again reached out to counsel for the Trebesches seeking an update on the status of the approval of the proposed deeds and seeking proposed language from the Trebesches related to the easement agreement.

On January 29, 2024, counsel for the Tresbesches responded indicating that he would circulate a proposed amended easement agreement upon receiving approval to do so from his clients.

Mr. Odoms, the following is intended to respond to your posed question no. 5 in your January 4th and January 24th emails to me which is the following:

“5. According to the Carver County Property records that I just viewed, it appears that the title of the portion of the Trebesch property recently allegedly acquired by the City, remains in the Trebesch family name.

With the impending probability of a ‘plowbleable snow’ this weekend and also possible next week, because the City is not the legal owner of the property, it follows that the City is precluded from addressing that property for ANY reason and, were the City or their ‘agent’ to do so; would be guilty of TRESPASS and in VIOLATION OF MINNESOTA STATUTE 609.605.

How is the City addressing this property dispute issue that was RESOLVED nearly ONE YEAR AGO ?”

The City’s response is based upon data and is governed by the Minnesota Data Practices Act. The City received fee title to the real property upon which it intends to presently store snow by way of a quit claim deed dated March 3, 1965, and recorded on April 26, 1965 as Document No. 107775, Book 85 of Deeds, Page 138, in the Office of the Carver County Recorder. This City’s ownership of this parcel was confirmed by the district court during the litigation of the Trebesch claims pursuant to an Order and Memorandum filed on March 2, 2022, in Court File No. 10-CV-91-1091.

The City wishes to provide responsive data to you if allowed to do so under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act as providing responsive answers to your questions is possible only if data exists from which answers to your questions would be derived and if the City is allowed to disclose the data to you under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act.

In your first email you indicated that you were seeking a time period of “say, the past ten years.” The City does need to understand the time period during which you are seeking responsive information from the City from municipal data. Is it the past ten years? Could you please confirm to me the time period that you are seeking for the City to go back to review municipal data to see if there is any data that would be responsive to answer your questions? Once we understand the time period, I can then provide you with an estimate of the time it would take for me to search for and retrieve the data to be able to answer your questions and for which the City would charge you a fee for my doing so. The City wishes to be fully cooperative with you but does also need cooperation from you to respond to your inquiries. The City also requests that you review the attached Data Practices Act policy and complete the attached data practices act form specifying the data that you are seeking answers to your questions from as answers will need to come from municipal data.

1. I am still awaiting your 'Yes or No' answer to my numerous inquiries as to whether or not you told a City resident that the vandalism to the tree(s) in Bi-Centennial Park, believed to have been caused by means of a 'claw' hammer on or about July 31, 2018; was caused by the son of Hamburg Mayor Christopher M. Lund.

2. It is my understanding that additional vandalism occurred to various buildings at Bi-Centennial Park on or about July 31, 2018, and that said acts of vandalism were believed to have been caused by means of a 'claw' hammer.

Who was/were the perpetrator(s) of said vandalism to those various City buildings and what criminal action was taken/authorized by the City against the perpetrator(s) for their act of vandalism of City property ?

3. Regarding the FELONY LEVEL of vandalism, amounting to approximately $1,400.00; of the City sign at Bi-Centennial Park on or about May 26, 2020, who was/were the perpetrator(s) of said vandalism and what criminal action was taken/authorized by the City against the perpetrator(s) for their act of vandalism of City property ?

4. It also is my understanding that damage to a locking door handle at the Hamburg Community Hall/City Shops occurred on or about October 2, 2017 and that the City sustained the loss (theft) of certain items as a result. If 'forced entry' occurred, as one would believe to have taken place; I, personally; would classify that action as a burglary.

Who was/were the perpetrator(s) of said burglary, what items were stolen, what is the total value of all items stolen, what is/was the cost of repair/replacement of the locking door handle that was damaged and what criminal action was taken/authorized by the City against the perpetrator(s) for their acts of vandalism, apparent burglary and theft of items from the City owned building ?

5. The Carver County Sheriff's Office has NO REPORT of any acts of vandalism having taken place at the Service Memorial in Bi-Centennial Park.

It is common knowledge that juveniles have been seen climbing on, and vandalizing the statues. In fact, the rifles of one of the statues had the barrel of a gun held by one of the statues, literally 'broken off'.

Why wasn't a formal report of vandalism made to the Carver County Sheriff's Office for this act of vandalism of City property, who was/were the perpetrator(s) of said vandalism and what criminal action was taken/authorized by the City against the perpetrator(s) for their act of vandalism ?

In any of the incidents described above, was any form of restitution received by the City and if so, how much restitution was received by the City, and from whom was the restitution received ?

With the exception of item (1) above, did ANY of the other incidents described above; involve the children of ANY of the ELECTED PUBLIC OFFICIALS of the CITY OF HAMBURG ?

The appropriate completed 'Request For Information' forms, as required by the City of Hamburg; are attached with this

e-mail request for PUBLIC information.

I await your response and caution you to receive, consider and respond to these inquiries with the same degree of seriousness with which the inquiries are sent.

ANY ATTEMPT to 'STONEWALL' the providing of the information requested herein, as has taken place so many times in the past and as recently as January 26, 2024 and January 29, 2024, would NOT be in the best interests of the City of Hamburg or its PUBLIC OFFICIALS, is NOT ACCEPTABLE and will be dealt with SWIFTLY, HARSHLY and DIRECTLY.

SECOND, the City of Hamburg has stated and maintains through its City Clerk/Treasurer; that it has no information whatsoever regarding the identity of perpetrators of acts of vandalism, and other criminal acts, committed against the City of Hamburg and against the dignity of the City's residents.

This is nothing more than a 'RUSE' and 'COVER-UP' by HAMBURG CITY OFFICIALS trying to PREVENT THE TRUTH of what took place FROM BEING PUBLICLY KNOWN !!

A.) The act of damage done to a City owned tree in the City owned BI-CENTENNIAL PARK, wherein the bark of the tree had been 'stripped off'; by means of what is believed to have been a 'claw hammer'.

Having personal and other knowledge of the vandalism to the tree in BI-CENTENNIAL PARK that had taken place, the HAMBURG CITY CLERK/TREASURER reportedly, and personally; told a City resident that the perpetrator of this act of vandalism to the tree in BI-CENTENNIAL PARK was committed by a child of HAMBURG CITY MAYOR CHRISTOPHER M. LUND, but that the City 'WANTED TO KEEP IT QUIET' because of the IDENTITY OF THE PERPETRATOR(s) !!

B.) Doors to buildings located at BI-CENTENNIAL PARK were also vandalized; the damage sustained to the doors likewise appeared to have also been committed using a 'claw' hammer, the same or similar to the one used to vandalize the tree(s) at BI-CENTENNIAL PARK.
