READ BELOW WHAT'S
BEEN SAID ABOUT MY PROVEN & EFFECTIVE
TIP LINE PROGRAM !!

"From the first day our TIP LINE was up and running, we were receiving calls from concerned citizens in our area. Surprisingly, all the calls we have received have contained legitimate information. Information that we have received has led to arrests of known drug offenders. While our Agency was shopping for a way to gather anonymous information, we priced 800 numbers. The cost was very high  when combined with the cost of maintaining the number and the limitations of it, our Agency could not justify the expense. Then we discovered the TIP LINE company. "..... a quality company which is geared for complete customer satisfaction at a very reasonable cost." "....  system is second to none." All in all, the TIP LINE system is a wonderful investment for our Agency and plays an important role in our efforts to combat illegal drug activity."
COMMANDER SCOTT KING SOUTHEAST COUNTIES OF OHIO NARCOTICS TASK FORCE

"Deputies, citizens; partners in arrests." "Crime information TIP LINE pays off."
YAMHILL COUNTY (OREGON)
NEWS-REGISTER NEWSPAPER

"Just a short note to thank you for the TIP LINE on our recent homicide which occurred in August 1993. We received in excess of 50 calls with a number of them being instrumental in helping solve this case."
FORMER SHERIFF DAVID C. SCHWEISTHAL,
RICE COUNTY (MINNESOTA) SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

"CRIMINALS BEWARE!"
WACONIA (MINNESOTA) PATRIOT NEWSPAPER

"With the cooperation, support and assistance of the citizens of Yamhill County, many wanted people who are at large will find themselves behind bars."
FORMER SHERIFF LEE VASQUES,
YAMHILL COUNTY (OREGON) SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

"As Minnesota's chief Law Enforcement official, I appreciate the increased citizen involvement in crime prevention and reporting generated by your TIP LINE NETWORK. Citizen involvement is a crucial component of our crime prevention efforts. You know that I think highly of the NETWORK and the service it provides."
HUBERT H. HUMPHREY III,
FORMER MINNESOTA
ATTORNEY GENERAL

"Investigators were tipped off on a drug deal that came down and they made some arrests. There was some welfare fraud going on and some child neglect and abuse cases. There's a little variety. Your basic program was successful from the beginning, but I wanted to enhance it if I could. I am convinced that the TIP LINE PROGRAM with its enhancements is a very valuable program and an asset to our enforcement efforts."
FORMER SHERIFF GARY NELSON,
OTTER TAIL COUNTY (MINNESOTA) SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

"We're getting tons of calls, mostly on narcotics and burglaries, and that's just what we were hoping for."
DETECTIVE C.J. RYAN,
MUSCATINE COUNTY (IOWA) SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

"I am writing to let you know that so far I am very happy with our TOLL FREE CRIME INFORMATION TIP LINE and have received a lot of positive response from it's installation. Please keep up the good work."
SHERIFF DAVID B. BARBER,
KNOX COUNTY (OHIO) SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

"YOU CALL - WE HAUL".
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY (MARYLAND) SHERIFF'S OFFICE

"EXCELLENT IDEA ! AND IT WORKS !!"
FORMER SHERIFF FRANK HACKETT,
KENNEBEC COUNTY (MAINE) SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

"Public Safety continues to be this administrations top priority and, to the extent that we can reduce the kind of senseless violence occurring everyday in our schools, we are making every effort. Still, it is only through the constructive involvement of private individuals and organizations like you and yours, that real progress can be made."
ARNE H. CARLSON,
FORMER GOVERNOR OF MINNESOTA

"CRIME TIP HOTLINE A GOOD IDEA"
THE MORROW COUNTY (OHIO) SENTINEL NEWSPAPER

"OTTER TAIL COUNTY HOT LINE ALREADY TAKING A TOLL ON CRIMINALS."
FARGO (NORTH DAKOTA) FORUM

"The ability to fight crime is growing in Knox County, and in Ohio, thanks to some new tools. It does allow for people to report suspected activity without getting involved."
MOUNT VERNON (OHIO) NEWS

"If someone turns in information to us, their return is that it results in an arrest. If you see an arrest made after you give information, it will encourage people to call."
SERGEANT KEITH MOORE,
INDIANOLA (IOWA) POLICE DEPARTMENT

"The problems of crime in our society are too important to shove off on the Sheriff or local Police to deal with alone. We live together in this society and society's problems are everybody's problems. The solution to those problems are everybody's responsibility. The SENTINEL supports the CRIME TIP TOLL FREE HOT LINE and encourages our readers to get involved."
THE MORROW COUNTY (OHIO) SENTINEL NEWSPAPER

"Thanks for a great service."
GAIL KLARICH,
HIBBING (MINNESOTA) POLICE DEPARTMENT

"As you are well aware, to successfully respond to the challenges of crime and anti-social behavior, Law Enforcement Agencies must have the support and involvement of citizens. In my opinion, (the) TIP LINE provides an excellent means by which this cooperation can be achieved."
DONALD E. DAVIS,
FORMER MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSIONER

"Statistics have proven that people are more likely to give information to the Police if they can remain anonymous. We can't solve crimes without the help of the public. This is another program that will help us reduce crime in Morrow County."
SHERIFF TOM HARDIN,
MORROW COUNTY (OHIO) SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

"Thanks for setting us up on the TIP LINE."
FORMER SHERIFF EUGENE S. BOYD,
BURNETT COUNTY (WISCONSIN) SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

"A Carver County resident and retired Law Enforcement Officer has made a difference nationwide in helping Police and Sheriff's Department, as well as Drug Task Forces, reduce and solve crimes through a fully computerized and automated system called the NATIONWIDE TOLL FREE CRIME INFORMATION TIP LINE NETWORK."
WAYZATA (MINNESOTA) WEEKLY NEWS

"We encourage the citizens of Yamhill County to contact the Sheriff's Department With Information Or addresses of wnted suspects listed in the paper."
YAMHILL COUNTY (OREGON)
NEWS REGISTER

"The more information the Police get, the better they can do their jobs. The Police get their leads and do their investigations, the crooks get caught and end up in jail. It's a WIN-WIN situation."

HISTORY OF
"THE TIP LINE NETWORK"

When I began my Law Enforcement career back in 1966, I NEVER dreamed that twenty-five years later I would own and operate a very successful company that would help Police and Sheriff's Departments, Drug Task Forces, Criminal Justice Agencies and School Administrators throughout the United States make their cities, counties and communities safer places in which to live, learn,  work and play.

Developed in 1991, my fully computerized and totally automated TIP LINE Program did just that for the next TWENTY YEARS !! The TIP LINE Program's results were impressive; comments made about my company from those agencies nationwide that it aided, attest to its effectiveness. I also offered participating TIP LINE Program member agencies the opportunity to participate in a monthly program available via the Internet, that would feature their agency.

It's no secret that the Internet is a lightning fast way to send and receive information. But BEFORE THE INTERNET, my concept was to make a 'forum' available to agencies who implemented our proven TIP LINE Program where it could receive valuable information about illicit drug and other criminal activity as well as the identity of those persons involved, from the public for a small, modest monthly charge.

As for my hour long

‘DELTA DICK’
OLDE TYME MUSIC
INTERNET SHOW

that was, and still is, heard regularly five times a week noted Minnesota Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice personnel who appeared as my guests were local Carver County Sheriff 'Bud' Olson, former Carver County Attorney (and appointed as a Scott County District Court Judge) Mike Fahey, Minneapolis Police Homicide Detective Captain (who would be elected Sheriff Of Hennepin County, former St. Paul (Minnesota) Police Chief Bill Finney and many other Law Enforcement professionals.

To see a complete list of my guests and hear my interviews with them, please
visit the following Webpage 'link': http://thedeltashow.homestead.com/
THEDELTABROADCAST.html

The forum to guests on my Internet Show interviews is totally up to them and there are no 'time constraints'. If our interview lasts for just fifteen minutes or for more than an hour, that makes no difference. Guests can have as much time as you need and talk about a variety of topics or focus on something specific. It's THEIR show !!

The entire interviews/discussions are done right over the phone and we updated the program for participating agencies as frequently as was necessary.

I continue to invite anyone interested in being Internet Show
guest.

Sincerely,

Richard E. Odoms, Former System Administrator

P.S. For those who might ask why such an effective
        company ceased operation after successfully
operating for so many years, the answer is quite
        simple:

The much-anticipated Internet finally became
a reality; and technology, like society,
changed dramatically.
