Any individual who raises as many 'RED FLAGS' as the current Mayor does, DEMANDS in-depth SCRUTINY of his past background, integrity and actions. As a service to, and for the benefit of
my fellow Hamburg residents; I put my knowledge and experience with the CRIMINAL
JUSTICE SYSTEMto work, and did some 'digging' Into the past of CHRIS LUND;
a person who FIRMLY BELIEVED he DESERVEDto be re-elected in 2022
as the Mayor of Hamburg, for ANOTHER FOUR YEAR TERM !!
Upon doing a simple 'cursory search' of COURT RECORDS, I was provided with MORE THAN ENOUGH INFORMATION for me to UNEQUIVOCALLY DETERMINE (as should Hamburg RESIDENTS) that LUND
IS WHOLLY UNSUITED to lead the City of Hamburg for ANOTHER FOUR YEARS
because of POOR LEADERSHIP, DECEPTION,LACK OF INTEGRITY,
MORE & MORE PUBLIC OFFICIALSIn HIGHER and HIGHER PUBLIC OFFICES;
Became IDENTIFIED As BEING INVOLVED !!
What BEGAN with an INTENTIONAL, OVERT LIE, DECEPTION & the AUTHORING of an OFFICIAL CITY DOCUMENT by HAMBURG
CITY CLERK/TREASURER JEREMY GRUENHAGEN, that HE KNOWINGLY KNEW CONTAINED FALSE and FABRICATED
INFORMATION, has now involved, in addition to the HAMBURG MAYOR & ENTIRE HAMBURG CITY COUNCIL;
the ’contract’ HAMBURG CITY ATTORNEY KELLEY C. DOHMof the Waconia based law firm MELCHERT,
HUBERT& SJODIN, as well as the CARVER COUNTY ATTORNEY, MARK METZ; his ‘DEPUTY’
COUNTY ATTORNEY, PETER IVY; the OFFICE OF LAWYER’S PROFESSIONAL
RESPONSIBILITY, MINNESOTA ATTORNEY GENERAL KEITH ELLISON,
the COMMISSIONER OF THE MINNESOTA SUPREME COURT
(an ‘appointee’ of Governor Walz)
as well as MINNESOTA’S GOVERNOR, TIM WALZ; himself !!

A public officer or employee who does any of the following, for which no other sentence is specifically provided by law, may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 364 days or to payment of a fine of not more than $3,000.00, or both:
(1) intentionally failsor refuses to perform a known mandatory, nondiscretionary,ministerial duty
of the office or employment within the time or in the manner required by law; or
(2) in the capacity of such officer or employee, does an act knowing it is in excess of lawful authority or knowing it is forbidden by law to be done in that capacity; or
(3) under pretense or color of official authority intentionally and unlawfully injures another in the
other's person, property, or rights; or
