the TRUE FACTS of the VINDICTIVE, BOGUS ALLEGATIONS against the Trebesch family by the CITY OF HAMBURG, what the CITY OF HAMBURG is doing in FILING MULTIPLE COURT CASES AGAINST THE TREBESCH FAMILY, is NOTHING MORE than the CITY'S ATTEMPT
to BESMIRCH the REPUTATION of the TREBESCH FAMILY and attempting to 'RUN THEM OUT OF BUSINESS', by ABUSING the
CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM
AGAIN (BECAUSE THE CITY CAN)
for MALICIOUS PROSECUTION
of the TREBESCH FAMILY !!
Malicious prosecution is the filing of a lawsuit for an improper purpose, and without grounds or probable cause . The improper lawsuit may either be civil or criminal in nature. Because malicious prosecution is a civil action, the award for a successful claim is damages for the consequences of the previous action.
Then, there's also the 'CLEAN HANDS DOCTRINE'; also known as the unclean hands doctrine, is a legal principle that states a party seeking equitable relief (like an injunction or specific performance), in this case the CITY OF HAMBURG; must have acted fairly and honestly in relation to the subject matter of their claim.
In essence, a party (the CITY OF HAMBURG) cannot come to court with "unclean hands" and expect equitable relief if their own conduct has been unfair or inequitable.
FAIR and HONEST are NOT in the CITY'S VOCABULARY !!

Having known that there's been an
ONGOING PROBLEM, for MANY YEARS; with the City's Jacob Street Sewage 'GRINDER STATION', why
didn't the CITY OF HAMBURG
BUILD A LARGER ONE that had ENOUGH CAPACITY NEEDED so it WOULDN'T CONTINUALLY GET
CLOGGED UP ??

It's ALSO NOTEWORTHY that when the (former) Jacob Street 'Grinder Station'
was installed in 2014, the owner of the property SURROUNDING the 'Grinder Station' on THREE SIDES, asked the City THREE TIMES to put some sort of 'enclosure' around the 'Grinder Station' so they wouldn't have to look at such an UNATTRACTIVE 'EYESORE' !!
THREE TIMES, HAMBURG CITY CLERK/TREASURER JEREMY GRUENHAGEN ASSURED THE RESIDENTS that some sort of an 'enclosure' would be built, erected, 'put in place' so that they wouldn't have 'to look at' the 'Grinder Station'.
And THREE TIMES, HAMBURG CITY CLERK/TREASURER JEREMY GRUENHAGEN FAILED TO 'KEEP
HIS WORD' !!
TEN YEARS after it was installed, the (former) 'Grinder Station' was 'demolished' AGAIN, this time INTENTIONALLY; WITHOUT
EVER HAVING SEEN ANY SORT OF ENCLOSURE, that GRUENHAGEN
HAD PROMISED the OWNERS of the PROPERTY SURROUNDING the 'Grinder station', THREE TIMES,
would be BUILT, ERECTED or
'PUT IN PLACE'.
And the HAMBURG CITY COUNCIL thought, "THAT'S OK; WE
ONLY DISAPPOINTED A CITY RESIDENT" and TOOK NO ACTION AGAINST HAMBURG CITY CLERK/TREASURER JEREMY GRUENHAGEN.
MISCONDUCT OF PUBLIC OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE:
"........INTENTIONALLY FAILS OR REFUSES TO PERFORM A KNOWN MANDATORY, NON-DISCRETIONARY MINISTERIAL DUTY OF THE OFFICE OR EMPLOYMENT."
These are just TWO EXAMPLES (of MANY MORE) that
I'VE PERSONALLY WITNESSED,
OBSERVED and/or EXPERIENCED, of NOT BEING ABLE to BELIEVE
or TRUST HAMBURG'S CITY CLERK/TREASURER,
JEREMY GRUENHAGEN.
As yet ANOTHER EXAMPLE, just LOOK at the 'SHADY ARRANGEMENT' that HAMBURG
CITY CLERK/TREASURER JEREMY GRUENHAGEN made with VERIZON, that ONLY BENEFITED CITY OFFICIALS, EMPLOYEES, THEIR FAMILIES, (BUT NOT CITY RESIDENTS); and USED TAXPAYER DOLLARS of those SAME CITY RESIDENTS that RECEIVED NO BENEFIT; in the process !!
Of course; the CITY WILL VEHEMENTLY DENY what I 'uncovered' was taking place, but I HAVE THE 'COMPELLING
& OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE'
