In the CITY OF HAMBURG's ONGOING, HARASSING and CONCENTRATED EFFORTS
to FORCE A FAMILY OWNED, TAXPAYING COMPANY "OUT OF BUSINESS", the CITY OF HAMBURG has sent the family AT LEAST FOUR DEMEANING LETTERS; all SIMILAR in nature. (The CITY OF HAMBURG even went so far as to have the CARVER COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE deliver one of the City's many letters !!) MORE HARASSMENT !!
While in their HARASSING LETTERS that the CITY OF HAMBURG has sent, they set arbitrary 'deadlines' for the aggrieved family to 'comply' with the various directives given them by the CITY OF HAMBURG, the CITY OF HAMBURG is WITHHOLDING, and REFUSES TO PROVIDE;
CRITICAL, SPECIFIC, RELEVANT DOCUMENTS & PUBLIC INFORMATION that (the CITY KNOWS) would PROVE BENEFICIAL to the family !!

Here's the MINNESOTA CRIMINAL STATUTE that CLEARLY DESCRIBES the MANY CRIMINAL VIOLATIONS of MINNESOTA LAW that ALL of the PUBLIC OFFICIALS of the CITY OF HAMBURG, have COMMITTED:
NO OTHER REASONABLE PERSONS would acquiesce to the HARASSING and OUTRAGEOUS DEMANDS of the CITY OF HAMBURG; the aggrieved family shouldn't be expected to, either !!
In listening to audio of the last several HAMBURG CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS, I learned that the CITY OF HAMBURG has retained the services of Chaska based BOLTON-MENK.
According to their Website, BOLTON-MENK boasts being a multi-state company with a staff of over 1,000 experienced consultant engineers and planners who customize various services for each community that retains their services.
I listened intently to the 'presentation' by the BOLTON-MENK 'planner' who the CITY OF HAMBURG has 'retained'. Just LISTENING to her instilled 'confidence' in me that, unlike HAMBURG CITY OFFICIALS; she was a 'straight-shooter' and someone I felt I could trust to provide me with accurate, truthful and 'unbiased' PUBLIC INFORMATION in a timely fashion.
On February 6th, I sent a request to her for pertinent information that the CITY OF HAMBURG is 'distorting' (in their favor)
But before sending that letter, I felt compelled to send her ANOTHER letter; this one, a 'LETTER OF APOLOGY'; for the VULGAR DEPORTMENT of HAMBURG CITY COUNCILMEMBER ERIC POPPLER, who chose to PUBLICLY 'DROP THE F-BOMB' during the HAMBURG CITY COUNCIL Meeting !!
Lovely.
In total, I sent my request to the BOLTON-MENK 'planner' TWICE, but she NEVER RESPONDED to EITHER of my requests !!
Her FAILURE TO RESPOND TO MY TWO REQUESTS for PUBLIC INFORMATION, caused me to write a letter to the VICE PRESIDENT of BOLTON-MENK on February 21st; seeking his assistance of in my TWO REQUESTS for PUBLIC INFORMATION made previously.
When I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE from the VICE PRESIDENT of BOLTON-MENK, I began to question the 'integrity' of the company !!
A SECOND LETTER to the VICE PRESIDENT of BOLTON-MENK also went UNANSWERED; causing me to wonder how this company can 'STAY IN BUSINESS' if they can't even provided BASIC, PUBLIC INFORMATION requested (FOUR TIMES) by a resident of a City that is PAYING THEIR COMPANY FOR THEIR SERVICES !!
Yet, the CITY OF HAMBURG expects the Trebesch family; that they have been HARASSING for about a YEAR, to 'JUMP THROUGH ALL OF THEIR HOOPS' and make 'UNREASONABLE DEMANDS' upon the Trebesch family; while REFUSING TO PROVIDE the Trebesch family with CRITICAL, SPECIFIC, RELEVANT DOCUMENTS & PUBLIC INFORMATION, GERMAIN TO THEIR CAUSE !!
